The St. Cloud Roundup Committee is excited to invite AA and Al-Anon meetings to participate in supporting the Hospitality Rooms at our upcoming event. The Hospitality Rooms play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for fellowship and connection among attendees.

Hospitality Room Sponsorship (for AA and Al-Anon Meetings Only)

• Traditionally, two rooms are rented, each supported by multiple meetings. This approach allows us to spread the cost and effort, making it easier for everyone to contribute.
• We’re seeking three AA or Al-Anon meetings per room to share the responsibility.

•  Estimated Cost Breakdown:
  • Poolside room rate (based on previous years): $139/night + tax
    
  • Total for two nights: Approximately $313.10
    
  • Bed removal fee: $75
    
  • Total per room: Around $388.10
    
  • Estimated cost per meeting: About $127.10

Please note that room rates may vary slightly year to year.

Food and Beverage Contributions (for AA and Al-Anon Meetings Only)
    •    We’re also looking for four AA or Al-Anon meetings to contribute food, snacks, and beverages.
    •    A potluck list with suggestions will be provided to assist with planning.
